Section 502

 

502.01.  Once the LEA has notified the SBA that the project for which it has been receiving funding is complete, the SBA will send the County’s Superintendent the Grant Closeout Form (SBA Form 502A) for review and completion.

 

502.02.  The LEA must execute and return the Grant Closeout Form to the SBA, which will officially close the Grant.  

 

502.03.  The SBA will reconcile its records with those submitted on the Grant Closeout Form.  Any remaining funds obligated to the Grant that have not been drawn will be forfeited back to the SBA.   

 

502.04.  The SBA, as Grantor, will provide any supplemental forms and notify the LEA of the Grant’s reporting requirements per W.Va. Code §12-4-14.
