FEMA Team Procurement Lead

AndrewLore.jpgAndrew Lore serves as the SBA FEMA Team’s Procurements Lead for the School Building Authority, focusing on contract oversight and ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal standards.  Beginning as a Governor’s Intern, his tenure in state government includes working for the WV Division of Culture and History’s State Historic Preservation Office and for the WV Office of Technology, where he specialized in technical procurements and contract management.  With the Office of Technology, he developed, wrote, and awarded hundreds of contracts, including several of West Virginia’s statewide agreements.  Andrew is a member of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) and a recipient of the WV Purchasing Division’s Basic Certification.
