T. Bartlett "Bart" Willis

Vice-Chair

Mr. T. Bartlett "Bart" Willis was appointed to the School Building Authority of West Virginia by Governor Earl Ray Tomblin on March 2, 2016, and currently serves as Vice-Chair. Mr. Willis was reappointed to a term ending in July 31, 2019.

Mr. Willis is the President and CEO of Logan Bank & Trust, where he has worked since 1980. He also currently serves on the Operations Committee of the West Virginia Bankers Association.

Mr. Willis is a 1980 graduate of West Virginia University and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Willis has been a Board member and officer for various organizations, including the Logan County Red Cross, Southern West Virginia Red Cross, Logan County Charitable & Educational Foundation, Chapmanville Kiwanis Club and Logan Buddy League.

Mr. Willis is married to Kellie Wooten-Willis and currently resides in Logan.
