Garry Stewart

Director of Finance

The Director of Finance for the Authority is Mr. Garry Stewart.  Mr. Stewart is a Certified Public Accountant, and began working for the Authority in August 1990.  Mr. Stewart, a native West Virginian, completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration studies at West Virginia University.  Prior to joining the Authority, he was employed at various local CPA firms where he specialized in the finance and construction industries.
