Welcome to the School Building Authority of West Virginia. The SBA was created to assist county boards of education with funding and oversight of our K-12 school construction program in West Virginia. The mission of the Authority is to provide funding for projects that improve places where students learn and our teachers teach in a safe and healthy environment. We, as a staff, are committed to providing professional services that contribute to this process. The Governor, legislators, and members of the Authority expect no less.
