Cait Henson is a highly organized and adaptable professional with an extensive background in operations management, administrative support, and client communication. She currently serves as the Executive Assistant at the School Building Authority, where she leverages her experience in streamlining processes and delivering exceptional service in fast-paced environments.
A native of Dunbar and a graduate of South Charleston High School , Cait earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from West Virginia State University. Her academic career was marked by distinction, as she graduated Magna cum laude, remained on the Dean’s List for all semesters, and was a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
Prior to her current role at the SBA, Cait served as the Operations Manager at Messer and Associates AC. In this capacity, she oversaw daily office operations, supported productivity across all departments, and managed vital communication between clients and staff. Her professional history is defined by her ability to manage high-responsibility roles, including serving as a Drug Testing Technician for the United States Air Force and a Court Reporter for Sargent's Personnel Agency.
Beyond her administrative expertise, Cait has maintained a long-standing commitment to her community and personal passions, including her time as a member of the dance team at the St. Albans Studio of Dance.
