Assistant Director of Architectural Services
Mark Miller serves as Assistant Director of Architectural Services for the School Building Authority. Mr. Miller joined the SBA in April 2019 as the FEMA Team Construction Lead and was a member of the group that provided oversight for the construction of the new federally funded schools in Nicholas and Kanawha Counties.
Mark is a native of Charleston and a graduate of Capital High School. He attended Marshall University and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting. Prior to joining the SBA, Mark worked in multi-family residential property management for over 10 years, gaining experience in areas of maintenance, building renovation, and leasing.
