Assistant Director of Architectural Services

Mark Miller serves as Assistant Director of Architectural Services for the School Building Authority. Mr. Miller​ joined the SBA in April 2019 as the FEMA Team Construction Lead and was a member of the group that provided oversight for the construction of the new federally funded schools in Nicholas and Kanawha Counties.

Mark is a native of Charleston and a graduate of Capital High School. He attended Marshall University and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting. Prior to joining the SBA, Mark worked in multi-family residential property management for over 10 years, gaining experience in areas of maintenance, building renovation, and leasing.
